Joanna Rice, Counsellor
Working with people to help them through trauma, distressing life events, adverse childhood experiences, the knock-on effects of dealing with bereavement of any sort, the impact of living with long term ill-health, disability or coming to terms with a new diagnosis, truly is my passion. These are some of the many reasons people come to see me, but I also work with young people (aged 13+) supporting them with friendship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, dealing with the effects of bullying, figuring out their gender identity and supporting them with the impact of divorce and of having a narcissistic parent in their life. In fact, any of those things can apply to adults as well, so if that's something you're still dealing with in adulthood, please know that you are not alone, and it's never too late to seek help. I provide all the usual to my clients - space to talk freely and openly without fear of judgement; listening with empathy and supporting you to explore what you need to at your own pace - plus warmth, kindness and occasionally laughter when that feels right too. All emotions, thoughts and feelings are important and part of the healing journey, lets create a space where all and any of them are OK to experience and express.

Darren Boyce-Smith, Counsellor
I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor, and I believe that each person’s story is unique and deserves to be heard with care and respect. My approach is centred around you — your experiences, your pace, and what feels most important to you.
I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and be yourself. Sometimes life can feel confusing, painful, or overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to face those feelings alone. You might be struggling after a loss, a relationship ending, or a change that’s left you feeling uncertain or stuck. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
Counselling can be a gentle way to begin making sense of your thoughts and emotions, to reconnect with yourself, and to find a sense of clarity and hope again. My role is to walk alongside you — to listen, to support, and to help you explore your experiences in a way that feels safe and meaningful for you

Joanne Heap, Counsellor & Supervisor
My name is Joanne. I am an integrative psychotherapist with 26 years experience. I first qualified in 1996 with 2 diplomas in person centered counselling, I continued to qualify with my BSc (Hons) Psychology, BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy and then my MSc Psychology and mental health. I am also qualified and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma, Psychological first aid (PFA), complex trauma, couples counselling and clinical supervision. I work with a diversity of mental health issues and disorders. I utilize a warm although quite directive approach in my work. I often hear the fear about the issue being brought to therapy is not big or complex enough. If your issues are negatively impacting on your life thus preventing you from living your life to its fullest efficiency, then its valid to bring to therapy. I look forward to working with you

Sarah Kerr, Emotional wellbeing coach
I'm Sarah, Emotional Resilience Coach Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor.
I help perfectionists and over-givers who are burnt out and stuck, build their resilience, self-belief and confidence so that they get to enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life and career with purpose, and on their terms. I know that no matter your age or circumstances, change is possible. It might not always be easy, but it is within your reach.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, exhausted, and stuck? You realise that making some changes is necessary, and you are looking for the right coach to work with. Now feels the right time to pursue a clear, purposeful and energised way forward.

Fiona Coull, Certified Play Therapist
'Hi, my name is Fiona, and I am a Certified Play Therapist through PTUK (Play Therapy UK). I am also a qualified primary teacher of over 20 years’ experience and have supported families across Hampshire in a variety of roles.
Play therapy is a non-threatening, creative, and engaging approach that allows children to work through their experiences in a way that feels natural to them.
Children often struggle to express themselves with words, especially when dealing with difficult emotions or traumatic experiences. Play therapy allows them to communicate and process their feelings using a therapeutic toolkit of toys, games, art, and other creative activities. I mostly work using a non-directive but structured approach to support children

Natalie Cosgrove, Counsellor and Supervisor
Hi, I'm Natalie.
I offer therapy for adults and feel strongly about creating a space where people can be completely themselves. I'm passionate about diversity and individuality, and about supporting each person to explore what really matters to them. I also provide clinical supervision for counsellors and other helping professionals, and from Autumn 2025 I'll be offering couples therapy too.
Alongside my private practice, I'm the Clinical Lead of a counselling charity in Winchester, and I also offer consultancy services to counselling and mental health providers.

Tracy Ballard, Counsellor and ADHD Coach
I'm Tracy. I will meet you human to human as we explore what has brought you to therapy, whether that be an event, a need for change, or a wish to make sense of a feeling.
I can help you get to know yourself by exploring the different parts of you and the patterns that may be holding you back, and find a way forward.
I have a special interest in working with individuals who want to examine their relationships, whether with themselves or others. I also have experience in working with people who are neurodivergent, whether that is diagnosed or suspecting they may be, and I am also a quailfied ADHD life coach.
